FACTORY OUTPUT growth picked up pace marginally to rise sequentially to 3 per cent in March from a six-month low of 2.7 per cent in February, even as it stayed lower than 5.5 per cent growth seen in the corresponding period a year ago, primarily due to weak mining growth, data released by National Statistics Office (NSO) on Monday showed.
